with umatrix you have a table of each domain this site is using and can toggle, for each of them, javascript, xhr, media, images and other stuff. of course, uMatrix is not an ad blocker but tracking blocker, so you can’t block html elements.

aren’t both bad? I don’t know adguard but already ublock origin didn’t have enough options to unbreak websites, it was either on or off, so lite… now I just use uMatrix and adjust the settings for each site.
I use uMatrix, which blocks js by default, so it is a bit inconvenient to have to enable js for some sites. websites which didn’t need it before, which is often the reason I use them, now require javascript.
yeah, and just in general: I like eff, but they’re only in the US :(
that’s a weird feature, but ok.
Yeah well I would like for it to have a list of features explaining what it does…
there’s also devuan if you want, debian but with init freedom!
I use dinit with artix linux(for of arch).
I don’t see what the use case for VOID is.
using images on the terminal is cursed, and helix does nicely render markdown with just the grammars, no lsp.
with swipe? wut is dat?
it will never be anonymous, just talk to your kids about porn!
yeah, we have enough keyboards.
Yeah, the readme says stuff that don’t mean that much. Sure, all FOSS and no cloud but WHAT DOES IT DO??
What’s wrong with just notes in markdown in vim or helix?
I use calyxos btw. The only thing I can complain about is their default wallpaper. I do like how you can choosr which apps you want during the setup, but sadly chromium will always be installed :(
There’s also XMPP(on which whatsapp is based on), it’s quite good with OMEMO.
New idea: TCP/IP is way too old and was never made to be secure(especially with ARP and DNS) so we need to kill them. We should definitely use Reticulum instead and use its LXMF to send messages and cryptographic identities to login to services.
Good luck getting people to change :)
There is microg which can replace GMS. But we really need an alternative, not based on some company’s shit.
I never tried syncthing, I think I’ll try it now. Do you think it would work to copy my borg backup?
