The craziest thing about Russia-Gate is that Donald J. Trump is in the Epstein files.

Just because he’s a convicted rapist that doesn’t mean he’s in the files.

And just because there’s been well over 20 court cases that accuse him of sexual assault that doesn’t mean he’s in the files.

And just because he used the lolita express to visit the convicted trafficker and paedo Epstein’s island that doesn’t mean he’s in the files.

And just because he raped kids that doesn’t mean he’s in the files.

Also, when you think about it, the kiddie fiddling rapist Dullard j. tRUMP is definitely in the files and that’s why he’s trying to cover it up.

Obama made a decision not to release information he had so as not to seem like he was interfering with the election for partisan reasons. I still think that was the wrong decision. He would have hurt his own reputation but might have saved the country from the disaster we are in now.

So - back when decorum was a thing - you’d ask him to break the rules, just to prevent something that was caused by voters anyway?

      Nope.

It wasn’t breaking any rules. It was releasing intel to the proper authorities (the DOJ) and asking them to act on it. He had intel that he chose not to do anything with so as not to appear like he was targeting a political opponent during an election year. I’m not asking him to publicly release classified documents like Trump casually does.

Would it have actually worked though? The access Hollywood tapes came out during that election, Trump’s behavior of entering the dressing rooms of Miss Teen USA were well reported on, and neither really hurt him. Maybe there’s a chance it would’ve changed the outcome, but it’s hard to imagine that chance is large.

The national intelligence director said she was referring Obama administration officials, including ex-FBI director James Comey, to the Justice Department for prosecution over allegations they had “manufactured” intelligence to substantiate the idea that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help Trump beat Obama’s former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

James Comey, huh? The guy who dropped the email scandal in October 2015 and handed the election to Trump? That James Comey?

Actually, now that I think about it, Trump’s usefulness to Russia will end if it becomes clear that he’s leaving in 2028. Which means something like this could happen, if there were some advantage to be gained by it. That would be hilarious.

    Every accusation is a confession.

Anyone who does not understand by now that russia colluded in several ways to elect trump is either a child, completely ignorant, or a goddamned moron. It’s been proven many, many times over.

The thing that worries me most is that russia now has first hand experience in messing with american elections and just how safe and effective it is. This shit will only get worse and never end.

“These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction. Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes,” he added.

Since, by any accounting, russia’s success at influencing voters is NOT KNOWABLE, it’s an extremely weird coda to the statement.

Like any of these dumb fucks care. My opinion of Trump supporters is so low, I’m certain Trump could whip his dick out, smack every one of them in the face, and they’d still vote for him.

      Their stupidity knows no limits.

Wow, if I were them, I know I sure wouldn’t want to expose this theory in a court of law. They must be pretty confident in the outcome to blab this around. I get that it’s a distraction, but if they actually pursue this, it’ll still be very telling
