Your last points are especially true and it’s what I’ve been mentally wrestling with for some time.

An armed revolution is what the left wants, but – and I’m speaking hypothetically here – what happens to the first person to participate?

They attempt to exercise the amendment on one of the elected officials causing problems, and what immediately happens afterwards is they either get domed by the Secret Service, or they go to prison or some black site to be wiped off the face of the Earth. And everyone back home becomes an armchair analyst and says “Well, he did this and that wrong, that’s why it didn’t work/he got killed/incarcerated, what an idiot.” And then we’re back to the mass bystander effect we’re stuck in now.

The only possible solution I can think of is a national strike, but there’s not nearly enough pissed off people to pull it off.
