“Standing up” and “speaking out” are doing nothing. You’re advocating for shit like this which does nothing while arguing against things like impeachment which is something even if Republicans block it again. What exactly is accomplished by voting with Republicans to block it? What have they done in the interim instead of impeachment if that wasn’t the right move? You’re claiming that literally zero action is preferable to actual action even if that action is unlikely to succeed. This is defeatism wrapped in a cloak of nonsense.
