If you live somewhere where they can easily access your parked cars, attics, roofs, boats etc. Then they can absolutely be a problem. In those cases steps must be taken to protect your property from invasive squirrels. I can see why sone would feel this way
We are resetting up our bird feeder to get rid of some insects that have sprung up in the yard. We used to have wolf spirders and a toad that took care of them, but the wet weather and now the heat have killed them off. So hopefully the birds will return and take care of the problem.
I put a bird feeder up because birds eat insects that destroy some plants. It was a very successful squirrel feeder.
Same. But over time I grew to love that fat greedy bastard
I wish I could feel the same way. I love animals but as I get older squirrels are animals I like less over time more than any other animals.
Me as a toddler: “Squirrels are so cute!”
Me as an adult: “Why is the squirrel eating wires?”

I don’t think this counts as boomer humor because you’re not joking your wife. Self depreciating humor is my jam. Ignore me. I think too much.
