Idk, manually hand carving letters for printing presses, people aligning every word, every space, every sentence on the press to print a single page don’t seem like good jobs to me.
They are better jobs than not having a job at all and living in culverts. Or, you know, dying of starvation.
See, that’s the problem when all these geniuses “disrupt” things. They tout all the great things that could be accomplished but forget about the people already here.
Ask anybody who was doing that thing for presses you imagined if they’d prefer that job to starvation.

In my country I can survive without a job no problem. It’s not a good life, but it would be possible to live a whole life without ever working.
I don’t know if any person in my country died of starvation in the last 50 years. That’s definitely a third world country’s problem.
It all depends on the pay.
