Yet large segments of the conservative and even centrist wings of the American pro-Israel movement have whipped themselves into such a frenzy of paranoia that they are making accusations like this without much effort at justification.

If being against Israel is antisemitic, then so is being against Palestine, since both are from Semitic culture; with Palestinians being part of the largest group of the Semitic people and Israelis one of the smallest.
