That might be due to our morals feeling like a rational thing while they are mostly learned emotional reactions (that we rationalize afterwards). We do not need a society that self-reflects on a level a level where they would understand and thus we do not educate on this self-awareness. And by ‘we’ i mean the Owner-Class.

Like do not get me wrong, powerful people get away with literal murder so of course there are powerful pedos getting away. The Epstein-Story however has been shut down when they offed that guy. Now it is only a smokescreen to rile up the people and divert from other matters and like always it is working like a god damn charm. For the Dems its nice because they can feel like winners without doing anything. Nice. Repubes right now are fumbling a bit because they played the whole “wE gOnNa rElEaSe tHe FiLeS” one to many times but i would bet all my belongings on absolutely nothing happening. At this point i am not even sure they have left any evidence for people to find or whistleblow.
Because that’s against how the system works. Shareholders can and will sue your company if you don’t maximise profits. I honestly do not believe that we will achieve an acceptable distribution of wealth under capitalism.
