Thanks! So you put in the displayname prop even if it’s not set by the client. For the life of me, I can’t figure out what that prop is supposed to be in the spec. It calls it a live prop, but doesn’t give an explanation or an equivalent HTTP header.

I use OpenVPN. It’s pretty easy. You set it up with docker, download the client.ovpn file, then turn off port 80 (only needed for downloading that file). Now you can take that file and use it all of your devices to connect.
Change it to the Washington Fake Tan and Hair Plugs, just to piss him off more.

I use Fedora because I barely have to do any customization to get it how I like. An almost vanilla version of Gnome? Check. Flatpak? Check. Nothing to uninstall (I’m looking at you, snapd)? Check. Steam with just a few clicks? Check.
It’s almost perfect, and making it perfect is trivial. That used to be what I said about Ubuntu.

I would say this right here should be enough to not do business with them, but they sell AI slop, so I wouldn’t be doing business with them anyway.
Minecraft is substantially farther along in terms of gameplay, mechanics, details, etc. than Luanti. You will probably have more fun playing Minecraft.
That being said, Luanti is free and also pretty fun.
So my advice is if you only want to play one, play Minecraft. But if you want to, play both.
