I always think of the scene in Pulp Fiction where they talk about a $5 milkshake. It’s supposed to be a crazy high price for a milkshake. Like something you would see and go “Whoa, HOW much? For a milkshake?!”

Every book be like “This is a protagonist, they have a conflict”. Why can’t they just be original?!
You see that video of someone on Trump’s staff ushering in photographers to get a better shot less than 5 seconds after Trump was “hit”?
Crazy that in that moment of totally unprepared chaos, his first thought wasn’t personal safety, or safety for the president, but rather moving journalists into an exposed area in an active shooter zone for a better angle of Trump posing.
Crazy how we still know almost nothing about the shooter, nor is anyone really calling to find out.
Crazy how the Secret Service watched the shooter crawl across the roof, while people in the crowd shouted and pointed at him, but didn’t take any kind of shot until after he opened fire.
Now, was it a real assassination attempt? Yea, probably. But there’s enough weird stuff that I can see why people question it.
