22 days agoBecause the newer models are using ARM64, theyre coded at 16k lines vs 4k lines to the cpu. As a result, devs have to emulate 1/4th the size to get x64 apps to run if they’re not running native. So until emulation improves, the 2019 models are best for gamibg
For current gen Mac products, Asahi Linux is the go-to arm64 for getting linux on a mac
