I have a Vaccines Cause Adults tshirt. The number of random dipshits in grocery stores rushing up to tell me about their autistic brother or child is too many. They misread the shirt. Then it gets awkward.

There’s this intense need for control over conditions like autism, to blame something. The reality is everything doesn’t happen for a reason, the justice of the universe is random, and chaos & statistics rule over us all.

The most robust bit of data we currently have on autism is regarding antique sperm. And that data is not robust at all because it’s a correlation between older dads and autistic kids. All this really means is this is an area of potential focus for further study.

The reality is we just don’t know the root cause of autism.

But dipshits continue to insist our cheapest, least invasive, lowest maintenance form of medical care is to blame because they want a cause and groups like RFKs previous litigation crusade hand out this reason as they sow the seeds of distrust for science, which in turn makes it easier for corporate America to crush us, as they’re doing in the current admin.

The fact that so many people don’t read your T-shirt properly before running up and spewing out their antivax opinions says everything about the lack of comprehension and due diligence on so many topics in our society.

It’s an epidemic of willful ignorance.
