Rodriguez wants an injunction on behalf of a class of “all current and future fathers of unborn children in the United States.” He also seeks $75,000 in damages against Coeytaux.
That seems like quite the large class, doesn’t it? Pretty much every adult man with functioning organs (who hasn’t been snipped) qualifies. At least if this goes forward, it will theoretically be easier to file large class-action lawsuits against Trump administration Immigration policies…

SCOTUS just said “You can’t haz national injunctions lol.”
They explicitly made an exception for super broad class action lawsuits, though.
