This is unbelievably sad. Can you imagine what her partner must have gone through? They’ll be haunted by this for the rest of their life.
How is it that someone so out of control of their emotions that they carry a loaded gun and wave it carelessly during traffic confrontations is able to access firearms?

He’ll be charged with manslaughter, and plea bargain to a a $350 fine.
If there’s and sense to the law (ha!) it would be murder. Saying, “Oops! I meant to kill this other person.” shouldn’t downgrade the charge.
