    I can’t fathom the idea of a multi billion dollar corporation having an employee arrested over $110 worth of fruit cups and chicken. It’s not like he was the mastermind behind an embezzlement scam or anything. Just fire the kid and take the $110 out of his last check.

    Aside from it just being a shitty thing to do I would think the terrible PR from such a thing would be enough for them to not want to cause a whole scandal about it.

    The smug look on that managers face makes the whole thing 100 times more disgusting.

      I remember working an entry job and thinking that the snacks were free because everyone was just grabbing them. Took a few months before I found out there was an honor system and people were paying at cost for the items and dropping the money in a drop box.

      If nobody confronted the employee, there should be a statute of limitations for each infraction.
