NEW YORK—The Trump administration and its radical right foot-soldiers in the federal government and in the states are undertaking a comprehensive scheme to undermine future state and federal elections, in effect rigging the rolls to keep themselves in power no matter what the voters decide.
I fucking hate that I have to vote for democrats. And yeah I’ve been laying into people today because they are taking a brainless approach to the situation.
I had no good options on my ballot!
Not voting is leaving things to chance, so what can I do but try to vote for the lesser evil when I have no good option? Vote for the lesser evil and try to get a good option on the next ballot when in between elections.

Actually being honest about the evil of the Democrats even if you ultimately vote for them. The fact that basically every “lesser evil” voter I’ve encountered has ended up outright defending the Democrats had convinced me that people are not actually psychologically capable of voting lesser evil without trying to white wash the evil they support.
